Infusionsoft serves at ISPA’s customer relationship management system. This allows team members to easily track conversations, engagement through communications, measure marketing success and maintain a sales pipeline.
It is important to note that:
· NetFORUM still serves as the primary database for all member data. The two systems are integrated and any changes to member records in NF are automatically made in Infusionsoft. It is important the integration is one-way, meaning that all changes to contact information for member records need to be made in NF.
· The process is different for prospects. Infusionsoft serves as the primary database for all prospective members. Any new prospects identified should be added to Infusionsoft, not netFORUM.
· Only viable prospects with full contact information (including address and email) should be added to Infusionsoft. Due to the permission levels set, please send Sarah Harmon any new prospects to be added to Infusionsoft.
· ALL email communications with members and prospective members that contain information that may be relevant in the future should be recorded in Infusionsoft. Emails can be recorded by using either the gmail or Outlook app.
Internet Browser:
You can either use Chrome or Firefox as your browser when using Infusionsoft. Internet Explorer is not fully compatible.
