1. Connecting to the VPN

    If the Sophos  client is installed on your PC you should see this icon in your system tray. Right click on this icon and select connect.  If it is not in your tray, it should be in the list of installed programs in Windows. Click on START and begin typing “Sophos” you should see it in the list.
  2. When you open this up a little box should come up on your screen.
  3. Type in your Windows Network Credentials.
    • NOTE: You only need to use the credentials that you use to login to your computer. Do not use your full email address.
  4. Once you type in your username and password press OK and it should connect you to the AI VPN.
  5. When the VPN is successfully connected you will see this icon in your system tray.
  6. Once you have successfully connected you should have a Access to resources on the network just as you would If you are in the office.
