Office 365 is one of the core components of your Microsoft 365 subscription. This is a suite of apps that can be used either on the web or installed locally onto a device. The Office 365 end-user portal is located on the web at https://www.office.com. It can be accessed from a PC using any browser or from the mobile app. Users will need to log on to the portal using their corporate login details.



  1. Click Sign in
  2.  Enter your AIEDGE.COM email address that was provided on your start date. If you do not have your login credentials for Microsoft please open a support ticket to obtain. In most cases, it will be your LastnameFirstNameIntial@theaiedge.com.
  3. Enter your AI network password that was provided originally on your start date or the one that you created. Click sign in.
  4. Choose to have this browser stay signed in or not and if it should prompt you again. If using a publicly used machine (meaning that you are not the only one that uses the computer) make sure to select NO on the "Stay Signed in?" as a best practice.
  5. Once you have logged in successfully (click the image to enlarge), you can use, manage and interact with you your data from here.
