This easy-to-use screen capture tool was quietly added to Windows a year ago. To create a screen grab press Window+Shift+S:
…then capture the part of the screen you want to "grab". When the image appears in your notification area, click it to add markups. Then paste it into any app you want. We use this a LOT to send instructions to our customers with images.
