This one is an almost invisible feature that is really convenient when you want to minimize all windows and get back to the desktop. There is a tiny little sliver to the right of the notification button on the task bar. Click it and it minimizes all windows on all screens and sends you to the desktop. Click it again and all screens are restored to their original positions:
