If you want to be able to scroll through all of the text, images, or screen grabs that you have in your history you can click the Windows+V to pull up your history. Windows doesn't save your history unless you enable it so you may need to enable Clipboard history. To do that search for "Clipboard Settings" in the Windows search bar and toggle this:
The best feature in the clipboard history is the ability to "Pin" clips to the top. Pinned text or images can be recalled with the Windows+V so that you can use them again and again.
