When you have 35 tabs open in your web browser, eventually the tabs at the top aren't big enough to show you what is in the tab. One way to be able to keep nice long descriptions of your tab contents is to switch on vertical tabs. This is available without any add-ons in Microsoft Edge and FireFox.
To switch to vertical tabs in Edge:
- Right click on any open tab
- Click "Turn On Vertical Tabs
With vertical tabs your tab names get WAY more real estate on your screen:
