In Outlook you can quickly  add any email to your calendar to schedule follow-up time for things that you can't address right now.   

  • Right click and drag any email to the calendar icon in the "folders" panel in Outlook.
  • Select an option to Copy the email to an appointment or meeting request.
  • When the appointment opens, fill in as many details as you want and hit "Save & Close" 

This works as a great way to organize your time into meeting time and task time and helps you remember to take care of email responses at a time when you aren't in a meeting or busy.
