When you need to reserve equipment for temporary use while travelling or presenting you can use a simple outlook appointment to book them:
- Create an appointment in Outlook that covers the dates that you will need to have the equipment - including any time that you will have the equipment after pickup and until returning it.
- Click Invite attendees and then "Required"
- Search for the resource you need. We have wi-fi hotspots, loaner laptops, Meeting Owls, color and B&W printers, and iPads.
- When you find the resources add them to the RESOURCES line at the bottom. Adding the resource to your appointment reservess the resource or sends a request to book it to tech if there are any conflicts. NOTE: Do not add these resources to the "Required" or "CC" fields.
