Our Tech Team staff has had a lot of random drop-offs of equipment (keyboards, mice, headphones, laptops etc.) on our desks and occasionally we are not sure what to do with them or who dropped them off. Since we are often away from our desks on service calls or meetings, we are asking everyone to drop off any tech equipment in the "Drop Zone" bin on the filing cabinets across from the server room on the 3rd floor (it will be clearly marked) and leave us a quick note on the notebook beside it letting us know your name and the reason you are leaving it. This will help us better identify if the equipment is broken, needs replacement, is a loaner return etc… and save everyone the effort of tracking one of us down.
