Preferences for Microsoft Teams views are very versatile. They can help to use the real estate more efficiently (less scrolling to search), and/or can help reduce the effects of eye strain as we work for hours on chats and team sites. Try using some of the other views and find the one you like best. I use the High Contrast view and the Compact option, but you may completely hate it. ?
