We have added a dedicated PC, Webcam, and Jabra Conference Phone to the 3rd Floor Corporate Welcome Room. The growing use of Teams and Zoom has raised the need for a system with higher quality audio/video and less setup.

To set up to use the system the first time you should arrive 20-30 minutes early. After the initial use the setup will be much quicker because your setup will be remembered in your user profile. Of course, if you need help please don't hesitate to reach out to Tech.

To use the new system for the first time follow these instructions:

  • Turn on the TV with the remote and make sure the input is "HDMI 2"
  • Press the power button on the PC to wake it up.
  • When you get to the login screen, log in with your own credentials (it will take 4-5 minutes to load your profile for the first time and won't take as long the next time you log in.)
  • Set up the speaker:
    • On the Conference Phone tap the power button then push and hold the Bluetooth button for 2 seconds to start pairing mode.

  • Search for Bluetooth settings then "Add a Bluetooth or other device"
  • Select the Jabra Speak 750.
  • Log in to your conferencing software.
  • Set up the devices
    • For speaker and microphone select "Headset Jabra Speak 750"
    • For Video select the Logitech C920 camera.
