Most of us use the default calendar views in Outlook to oversee our calendar and schedule appointments. If you want to change settings to be able to view your calendar differently there are MANY options for creating your own view. 

  • Find an empty slot on your calendar and right click
  • Click "Calendar Options"
  • Try some of the different settings under appointment durations and when your reminders fire. 
  • Go ahead and add Holidays to your calendar as well!
