Reserving Rooms in Outlook:
You can schedule meetings in AI meeting rooms via these shared calendars:
- 1st Floor Conference Room
3rd Floor Community Room
3rd Floor Board Room
3rd Floor Corporate Welcome Room
1st Floor Shipping Area
Mother's Room
To add a room to a meeting or event in Outlook:
1) Open the appointment and click "Location"
2) Select a room from the list
3) Click "Rooms" at the bottom to add the selected room.
4) Click OK to accept.
You will receive confirmation if the meeting room is available, or a decline if the meeting room is not available (and that’s why it is REALLY important to ensure availability BEFORE you send the meeting request to all attendees!).
Note:
Please be sure to log off all applications on devices and any loaner machines in the public areas or that you have checked out. Also please pack up any of the loaner equipment and cables that was checked out originally and return to someone in IT area before your scheduled end time to place back in our storage for next user.
