To change the time zone setting:
1) Log in to your SharePoint site.
2) Navigate to Settings > Site Settings at the top of the page.
3) Under Site Administration, click the Regional Settings link.
4) In the Time Zone section, change the time zone to the one
you want.
5) Click the OK button the apply changes.
